We utilize Wirefy heat shrink in our work. It's a great product.
Crimper works great, but I cannot complete the crimp even with two hands. The only way I can get the tool to release is by putting the handles in a large vise to complete the crimp.
So ordered 2 items after paying for the order there was a third item added notified company immediately but company sent and charged me for the extra order anyway and because of this yeah they refunded my me for the extra order but it cost $17.05 to send it back as of this date they I have not refunded the $17.05 shipping charge and I have notified the company of this I’ll keep you posted customer service should of caught this mistake immediately but chose to send it anyway very poor customer service!!
