great customer service

after few years of usage, the teeth on the handle lock wore down. Tool was still usable but didn't fit in slot I had for it. i contacted them to see if parts were available to repair that small item. Was informed no parts but told it's under warranty. Now a new crimping tool fills that spot.

My First Real Crimper

Kits come with many more dies than I need, so I just got the pliers and a couple dies. Changing the dies is easy and they align themselves as they Should. I’ve only tried it a couple times but I think it’s going to work out good.
